Joe has more than 30 years of instructional experience and has taught concealed carry courses across Kansas since 2006.
His goal is not simply to help students earn a certificate. Every class is designed to make the material relevant to real life, help students understand sound judgment and personal responsibility, and build confidence through clear instruction and supervised practice.
